Your information.
Your choice.
Your starting point
The area, focus or service you choose changes what the website shows and appears in the page address, so a link you share opens the same view. It describes a kind of question, such as growth or a change in your market, never your business itself. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the website sets no cookies for visitors.
Your enquiry
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you wrote and the details you gave us: your name, email address and role, your business’s name and website if you added them, the focus you chose, the page you sent it from and any campaign codes in the link that brought you here. We use them to read your message, reply to you and discuss whether we can help. We do not add you to a mailing list.
We use these details because you asked us to respond before any agreement exists, and because answering business enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours. We keep an enquiry for twelve months after our last contact about it, then delete it. If we agree to work together, our agreement covers what follows.
Report requests
When you ask for a report, we receive your email address, and your name and business name if you added them. We use them to send you the report and a download link, which works for seven days. We keep the request, the link and the record of the email for ninety days, then delete them.
Emails we send
Our email provider, Resend, sends the confirmation of your enquiry, your report and our own notifications, and tells us whether each message was delivered. It processes your email address and the message for that purpose only. Resend is based in the United States; where your information leaves the European Union, this happens under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Protecting the forms
To stop the forms being misused, we count how often they are used from one network and for one email address. We store only coded values, never the address itself: a network’s count for at most ten hours, an email address’s for at most a day.
On your device
The motion switch remembers your choice in your browser. If you choose “Save on this device” on the contact page, your draft enquiry is stored in this browser only, until you remove it or clear your browser data. Nothing stored this way is sent to us. Avoid saving drafts on a shared device.
Cookie settings remembers your choice in this browser, including rejection. The saved choice contains no name, email or tracking identifier and is not sent to IOXIQ. You can change it using Cookie settings in the footer. Clearing this site’s browser data, using another browser or a change in tracking purposes can require a new choice. No analytics or marketing tracking is currently installed.
Hosting and logs
Our hosting provider processes the technical information needed to deliver the website, such as your network address. Our server logs record which pages were requested, without anything typed into a form or added to a link, and are kept for fourteen days.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. Use the contact form and say it is a privacy request, or reply to any email we sent you. We answer within a month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
