Yes. The fee guide includes a prepared Decision Session and more involved assessments and projects. The right starting point depends on the question and the evidence needed.

No. Scope, outputs, timing and fees are agreed before paid work starts.

Start with the decision, the information you already have, and any important constraints. We agree access to people, documents or data as part of the scope. Keep confidential details out of an initial enquiry.

The output depends on the engagement. It can be a focused assessment, research report, decision brief or ongoing advice. We agree what will be delivered and how you will use it before starting.

If a new question requires additional work, we discuss the change and agree its scope and fee first. Extra scope is not added silently.

The guide distinguishes fixed fees, indicative project ranges and monthly starting fees. The scope and final terms are agreed before paid work. Prices exclude VAT.

Tell us the date and what needs to be decided by then. The available time, evidence and access help determine a useful scope; timing is agreed before starting.

Request the report on its page with your email address. We email you the PDF, or a link to download it when the file is large. The link works for seven days.

No. A report request only sends you that report. We do not add you to a mailing list.
